      Quite possibly. I think there we be small changes in humans in a million years, but I think it’s unlikely we’ll evolve hugely in that time.
      The advancement of modern medicine has changed how we are evolving as genetic traits that would previously killed us can now be treated and potentially passed on the future generations. I think the way we evolve in the next million years will greatly depend on medical advancements in that time.
